Reservations 2011-2012 Season

General Terms and Conditions

1. We require a non-refundable 20% deposit in order to secure your reservation. The balance is due at least 4 weeks prior to your holiday date. Where bookings are made less than 4 weeks in advance then the full rental fee is due. Payments by Paypal can be made using Visa or Mastercard, and will be done using Paypal’s secure email invoicing system.
2. The apartment is available for reservations from Saturday to Saturday during the season. Unless otherwise agreed, the apartment is available after 3pm day of arrival. It must be vacated by 10am day of departure. Keys will be collected from from a lockbox outside the offices of Promocions Entrada letting agents.
3. The flats are cleaned and inspected by Promocions Entrada at the end of the week. A 200 Euro/160 GBP deposit is required, payable with the balance of your rental fee. This is returned to you within 10 days of your holiday.
4. Towels are not included.
5. Guests are responsible for all damage and breakages during the course of their stay.
6. No skis/snowboards/boots allowed within the flat. There is a ski-locker available in the apartment building that should be used for this purpose.
7. No smoking allowed within the flat.
8. The default payment currency is UK pounds. If you wish to pay in euros, then please contact us directly using the enquiries form. We take no responsibility for variations in the current exchange rate between euros and pounds.
